We translate your business requirement into questions each provider must answer: who will do the work, which comparable projects they have delivered, how progress will be demonstrated, what you will own and who will maintain it. We compare written scopes, exclusions, costs and references where available.

Technical architecture, code quality and security testing require an appropriately qualified reviewer. We can help define and coordinate that review within the agreed assignment; we do not replace it with a sales interview.

Separately scoped oversight can include milestone reviews, issue tracking, coordination of client feedback and comparison of delivered work with agreed acceptance criteria. Acceptance criteria are the checks that determine whether a delivery meets your requirement, such as successfully completing a specified workflow with approved test data.

The first assessment is remote and paid under an agreed scope. A later visit can meet the actual team, resolve delivery problems or review working arrangements when access is agreed. Travel and professional fees are priced separately and funded in advance. We do not claim a staffed local office or guarantee project results.

You contract directly with the engineering provider. This is provider selection and commercial oversight, not individual worker recruitment or placement. Any provider commission is disclosed before an introduction.
