What we investigate
We compare the proposed partner’s role, ownership, relevant completed work, customer relationships and support arrangements. We examine public project evidence and, within the agreed scope, request clarification from the responsible companies. We identify what the evidence establishes and which claims remain unverified.
The result is a written comparison or assessment, questions to resolve and a practical recommendation on the next commercial step. Where useful, we help prepare meeting questions and customer-facing materials.
Remote work before fieldwork
We begin remotely with your decision and a defined scope. If meetings or visits would resolve important uncertainties, we agree that work separately. Bangkok can be the meeting base; factories, infrastructure sites and service teams may be elsewhere in Thailand. Access, itinerary, fees and prepaid travel costs are agreed before booking.
Technical and commercial roles
Our work is commercial assessment, not an engineering inspection or regulatory certification. A qualified specialist must review consequential technical or legal conclusions. We do not promise procurement access, government decisions or a contract. Any referral commission is disclosed before an introduction.
